Responsible for the design and execution of the Spring 2026 collections’ salesbooks for each brand. These books are used by our sales reps to display each style/accessory and all information associated with the new Spring 2026 collections to potential buyers. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Canva is used to successfully design the salesbooks.

Digital display graphics for prom brands Ellie Wilde & Colette by Daphne for Atlanta Formal Markets - July 2025

Works among the marketing team to create marketing collateral for eleven brands including Mother of the Bride Cameron Blake, Ivonne D, and Montage; wedding brands Martin Thornburg, Sophia Tolli, Enchanting, and Modest; prom brands Ellie Wilde and Colette by Daphne; and quinceañera brand Princesa by Ariana Vara.

In her role within the marketing department of Mon Cheri Bridals, Olivia Sims is responsible for a range of creative and marketing tasks, ensuring that all graphic design and assets reflect a high standard of quality and align with the brand’s identity while working at a fast pace. This includes designing tangible and digital graphics for Atlanta & Chicago prom and bridal runway markets during the summer/fall season, designing for the visual consistency of the company’s online presence by balancing all backgrounds across product shots, alongside marketing tasks such as line sheet execution, runway lineups and design/management of digital and tangible salesbooks for buyers to display each brand’s upcoming collection under Mon Cheri at markets. Olivia designs and schedules emails for bridal, prom, and quinceañera brands, tailoring each to align with the creative direction effectively while working with the creative director and copyeditor to bring email topics to life through design execution.

Olivia is responsible for product image retouching, utilizing Adobe software to ensure all website images are accurate and of superior quality. She also contributes to the creation of marketing materials for campaigns, including magazine print ads, sales books, runway visuals, postcards, hangtags, runway lineups, mannequin cards, and sticker design. Collaborating with the creative director and team members, Olivia helps develop runway show materials that reflect the brand's identity and works efficiently with other teams to create cohesive marketing assets.

This role requires a deep understanding of multitasking, adaptability, retouching/editing techniques, visual design, creative thinking, and effective cross-team communication to produce high-quality marketing materials in a timely yet quality-oriented manner.
